A quick tasty winter sabji

Hi, there. yesterday I ran out of my vegetables. I knew it since morning & was about to go shopping for this purpose. But by d afternoon, i was nt in a mood to go. So, in the evening, i checked my kitchen N found few things.. a potato, 2-3 onions, 2 tomatoes, a piece of cabbage & 200 gm green peas. with all these ,I decided to prepare a sabji for dinner. N it turned out so well that I have decided to prepare it even when I have full stock of vegetables..


u will need:
A large potato, 2 small tomatoes, 1 cup finely chopped green cabbage, 200 gm green peas, 2 large onions,1 tspn jeera, 1 tspn coriander powder, 1 tspn turmeric powder, 2 tspn red chilli powder,1 tspn ginger-garlic paste,a few leaves of coriander washed & finely chopped, 2 tbspn mustard oil, salt.
First of all, peel the potatoes N cut it finely to make small cubes. Chop the tomatoes. Cut onion lengthwise. Now. Heat kadai on a low flame for two minutes. Put oil in it n heat properly. Put jeera N then onions . fry onions till golden brown. Then add ginger-garlic paste to it n cook for two minutes. Add potato, peas N cabbage to it. Mix well & cook for 5 minutes. keep stirring in between. Add the spices. Add tomatoes. add coriander leaves. Cook for two minutes. Then add ½ cup of water & cover the kadai. Cook until water is gone N vegetables are cooked properly.
