kachche Awle ki chutney

Hi to all. Today, I am going to share a simple but delicious recipe for awla/amla (Indian Gooseberry) chutney. It is so simple to make that you can never go wrong with this. A household recipe during winters in bihar, it has few more forms that I will share later. Since I prepared it yesterday, So,this goes first.

U will need: 4-5 awla (150gm), 2 green chilli, 1 cup fresh coriander leaves,salt &
mustard oil.

Cut slices of awla so that u get rid of its seed. Add all the ingredients to chutney jar of your mixer-grinder. Make a paste of it. Add salt & oil.

Tip of the Day: Wash awla before cutting, not afterwards. Do not add water. It can be kept for 3-4 days during winters. Add oil whenever you serve.(It will keep the smell fresh)
