subah ki shuruat

Generally har ghar me, subah ki shuruat chai k sath hoti hai..
to aaj mai apko apne dhang se chai pilati hu..
sabse pahle hume chahiye milk,sugar,chaipatti,aur pani.
dudh aur pani milakar boil kare. ek ubal aane par pahle chaipatti rakhe.fir lagbhag 2 minute bad chini daal de. 3 se 4 minute ubalne k baad aanch se utar kar chhan le. garma-garam chai taiyar hai..
Tip of the day: chai kabhi dhimi aanch par na banaye. tej aanch par ubale.dudh aur pani ka ratio 1:1 ya 1:2 rakhe. agar jyada dudh wali chai pasand ho to 1:1 hi rakhe yani 2 cup chai k liye 1 cup dudh aur 1 cup pani. normally 1 spoon chini, 1 cup chai k liye kafi hai. aur chaipatti 1 spoon 2 cup chai k liye. rest depends on ur taste..
haan, chai pine se pahle halka gunguna pani jarur piye.. saade pani ke bajay subah subah gunguna pani pina jyada sehatmand hai..
Aur jo chai nahi pite hai, wo ek glass gungune pani me ek spoon honey aur 1/2 lemon ka juice daal kar piye.. ise roj pine se apko kabhi sardi nahi hogi & it will also keep a check on ur fitness.
