Simplest thing one can make for breakfast is egg. Bread- omellete...Almost all of us know how to make this.
But lets try making it my way...when you next wanna have omellete. It's more softer..fluffier and yes it taste amazing too.
U will Need: 1 egg, half a tomato or a small tomato, 1/4th of a medium onion, 1 tspn finely chopped green chillies, 1 tbspn milk, a pinch of black pepper powder, 1 tbspn of finely chopped coriander leaves; 1 tspn olive oil and a pinch of salt.
Wash and chop onions and tomato in fine pieces separately.
Breal egg in a bowl. beat for 2 minutes. Add milk to it and beat for another minute.
Now heat the pan. Add oil. Add green chillies to heated oil. After few seconds, add chopped onion. When onion turns golden brown, add salt and black pepper powder. Add Tomatoes. Saute for half a minute. Add coriander leaves. Saute for another minute. Meanwhile beat the egg again for a minute while you are at it.
Spread as shown in image. Minimize the flame to lowest.
Add the beaten egg to pan. Cover it with a lid. Cook for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. Remove the lid. The omellete u see is fluffier than anything you have ever made. Now turn it over carefully with a spatula . Let it cook for another half minute.
Serve it hot with Bread.
Tip of The Day: Keep the flame at its minimum while cooking the omellete with its lid on. If you have run out of milk or dont wanna use milk, replace milk with normal water. Also, you may replace olive oil with Butter once in a while...;)
Now Try it out and do tell how did you find it...:)
