U will need: 1 cup double-toned milk, 1 cup water, 1 green cardamom, 1/3 inches of ginger, 4-5 saunf, 2 tspn tea-leaves, sugar to your taste.
Boil milk & water together. Keep flame to sim. Add cardamom, saunf & ginger. Increase the flame after 1-2 minutes. Add tea-leaves. Add sugar. Boil for 3-4 minutes on high flame. Pour in two cups with chai-chhani. Enjoy the flavour.
Tip of the day: Pound Saunf & cardamom in a mortar or any hard surface. Peel off the ginger3-4 minutes before chopping it.
